Hi all
Just wanted to leave a positive message here. I am 12 years out from IDC diagnosis. Did have a recurrence in the left breast in 2013 found to be DCIS so am doing very well. Just want to let you know life moves on and living life to the fullest is great. Chance of a spread from DCIS is very low and i'm now over 3 years from that diagnosis.
My favourite saying is yesterday is history, life is a mistery and tomorrow is a gift. Live in the moment. I know that one day it may come back but i don't live in that moment.
All you new comers there is hope. Love to all

Thank you for your post. My best friends mom passed from brain cancer, after surviving TN. I feel so sad for her. Also feeling a bit fearful again. I just crossed the 3 year marker and live every day to its fullest for me. In the past three years I've done so much living. I hope all of us who are walking this path get the chances I have had to feel like they have lived. I was just moving through life before, now I act on my life and say yes to new experiences, as I never know if it will come back with a Vengeance!

thank you for that....Triple negative, and just had my first chemo... I had one lymph node test positive..I have 23 more weeks and then 6 weeks of radiation..
