    Interesting, thank you for posting... but not sure what to make of the conflicting analyses! Wow. I had radiation with 1 node positive, but positive margins were also a factor.

    I wonder how that transfers to people who had neoadjuvant and had an unclear number of nodes before and <4 after. I'm still really glad I had it though even though I do have mild LE ended up with mets anyway. At least I don't have to wonder if I wasn't aggressive enough. Plus the PET indicated I had >5 positive before.

    I do feel a little bad that I encouraged my friend to have rads with one potential node before and none after. Now she has issues with her recon...
