lump in arm pit, very painful

Tuesday I woke up with a soreness and a little swelling . I called the dr and told the nurse about it. I was told to call back on Monday. Now I have a big lump, very painful. Should I be worried?

    I'd call your urgent care or ED. You don't say whether you have a breast cancer diagnosis, but in any event, something swelling and painful should be examined by a medical professional.

    post lumpectomy and internal radiation, centinal lymphnode removal.
