Sweet and Sour Pasta Salad

16 oz pkg of curly pasta - cook as directed then run cold water, set aside
Veggies -set aside
1 Cucumber - Peeled, cut long ways in half carefully use small spoon to take out seeds on both halfs. Then cut each side into 3 semi equal long slices. Then line the slices up and cut about ½ inch to cube it.
1 Tomato raw - dice it
1 bell pepper, green, red, yellow, your choice, cut in half and work from inside out to prevent cuts on your fingers, then make about ½ inch slices from top to bottom, then turn them around and cut again to dice.
DRESSING
Get sauce pan out on stove and put on med low and add:
1 ½ Cup sugar, I know it seems like a lot, but it works, but if your into Splenda etc..figure it out..I used sugar
1 TABLESPOON dry mustard
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Cook on stove on med low till all is dissolved, dont be in a hurry as it clumb and once its dissolved, its ready just turn off stove
GET OUT LARGE BOWL
I used my Tupperware marrinate thing, as it holds all
Put your pasta in this big bowl, add your veggies,
Then pour your hot dressing on it and stir up
I put my lid on and later just shook a bit here n there
I used my Tupperware marinate as a serving dish, went well
Stir before you put out
Get lot of raves

How could this recipe make me ravenous at this time of the morning?! It sounds incredibe! Maybe because I've eaten some high fat stuff this weekend and crave veggies and not-too-sweet food. In any event, I'm totally making this - for ME!

i forgot to say, as I didnt use it as i dont like it, but real reciepe called for the curley pastas to be the one with all colors..and i dont care for that...but its good either way...
