Ultrasound results .....confused !

So I got my results and it was a birad 1 so they literally found nothing but I'm still nervous. I have lumps in my breast. If it were a fibroid would it say found a fibroid or mass or anything ? My doctor is still going to refer me to the breast care clinic here in town but should I really be worried? I trulyfeel that something is wrong .

    Normal glandular tissue can feel "lumpy" too. Some areas of your breast can have more and denser glandular tissue than others.

    I always had lumpy breasts, too. In fact, I stopped doing self-examinations because to me, everything felt like a lump! I did learn that coffee and being near your period can cause lumps to increase in size. Very frustrating for sure, but the technology now-adays is so much better than my lumpy breast days 35 years ago!! If they say Birad 1, then take that and run with it. Now you have a baseline, so anything NEW can be noted.
