One sided Mastectomy and pain in back upper rib

I had only right breast mastectomy about two years ago. I am sour in my back ribs on the right side where I had surgery in the front. I was told that this is because of imbalance in the body, not being equal at both sides in the chest. I am wondering anyone else has this problem.

    I had immediate reconstruction so have not experienced this however there may be people on the surgery boards who could comment. Some women find their posture, etc is affected. Have you described the pain to your doctor?
