just wondering how much stomach fat does one need for breast reconstruction

    Kylie, are you talking about DIEP flap? Your PS will look and determine an approximate cup size. You would be surprised how much they can do. Even so, You can expand the size with fat grafting from other areas if your tummy doesn't have much.
