Tumor size increased during chemo

Hi every one this is my 1st post and I need or help I was diagnosed with breast cancer stage 3 grade 3 and I'm on neoadj chemo since December my tumor size was 9.5 before chemo after 4 rounds of AC it shurnked to 3.5 now I am on T+carbo PAC for 12 week one every week finished 4 rounds toumer size reduced to 3.3 and under arm nodes vanishes then chemo delayed due to low white cell count for 18 days now I finished my 8 out of 12 only four remaining but last night my sergion told me that tumor has increased to 6.7 and day after tommorw I am going to visit my ocnolgist I am worry abt the size will they change the medicine or I will go for surgiory ? Plz help why it incresed is it normal ?

    Hope someone sees this post and have some answers. I also would like to get more info on this since I'm on my 3rd cycle of neoadjuvant chemo
