Start of LE?

Can somebody please give me some advice?

I had axillary lymph clearance in November 2014.  Yesterday, when getting my summer wardrobe ready (we are having a heatwave in the UK), I tried on a dress, but the zipper was on the left of my body, so I had to twist my right (affected side) arm around to the left to pull the zip up.  It really hurt and I regretted doing it.

Today, the top of my left arm feels strange.  I suffer with severe neuropathic pain on that side anyway, but today it feels different.  I already have LE diagnosed on my right breast, but wondered if any of you experienced people think this could be the start in my arm.  There is no visible swelling at all at the moment.

Thank you.

    Hi Dukip:

I don't know, but hopefully, you just pulled something a bit and it will feel better with rest. Meanwhile, it couldn't hurt to elevate the arm (e.g., on the back of the couch), do some deep breathing, stay well-hydrated, and get a good rest tonight.

Dukip, hello! So sorry you're dealing with this new worry. Since you already have some LE, hopefully you have a qualified therapist, and this would be a good time to check in with her/him. Hoping this resolves quickly!
    Be well,

Thank you very much BarredOwl and Binney!  I really appreciate your help,

It is still quite sore, but not as bad as yesterday.

Binney, I discharged myself from the Therapist and manage it myself at home.  I get fed up with appointments, and prefer to do things myself where I can.

    Thanks again.

    :-)
