Nothing on Mammo, 3 "abnormal" spots on Ultrasound

Hi, Last week I went for my 2nd mammo and last time they suggested I have a ultrasound since I have dense breasts. So after normal mammo, they did ultrasound and found three abnormal spots they are going to do us guided biopsy next week. I understand they feel they aren't normal margins? Three biopsies sounds like a lot to me. Is this normal? Doctor said spots are so small they couldn't be seen on the mammo. Thoughts? Anyone heard of this?

How about having a breast MRI first to make sure they locate the right area to biopsy? Good luck and keep us posted....
