New lumps in my breasts

A year ago I had three fibroadenomas removed from my breasts, because they were growing in size and were painful. I got my first fibroadenoma when I was in high school and initially was hesitant of getting it removed. Finally, my doctors recommended I get it removed, because it was growing in size. I was sent to a breast center and there they found I had two other ones, so they were all removed. Last week I went in for a checkup and they found three new lumps. I had been experiencing some discomfort in my breast, but I didn't know I would have new lumps. As soon as the doctor touched in the area I felt a pain and new immediately it was a new lump. I will be going in for an ultrasound next week. I'm not sure what they will recommended. I will be going off to college this fall and feeling really overwhelmed.
