Hi,

I started on Armidex and have read all the SE associated with it.. I am wondering if I can take glucsomine chrondritn supplements and if one brand is recommended over the other..

Also any products for the vaginal dryness? Replens? K-Y? I want something that I can use that is not only recommended prior to sexually intercourse

    yep - you can take the glucosamine chrondroitin - I just get the Sam's brand. I also take a clairitin, an Aleve, and magnesium on top of the Effexor. Only 725 more days to go but who's counting!

    lucy, what does the Aleve and Claritin do? I HATE being on Arimidex and am going back on it after a 2 week break. I got a horrid bladder infection that took two rounds of penicilin to cure. I'm stage IV and have to be on it for life and I just can't imagine living with this bone pain either! I take Tramadol every night and have Tylenol 4's for break-through pain for the wicked arthritis I already have but can't do the glucosamine due to liver and kidney issues.

    I have found that Magnesium has AMAZINGLY helped my stress level. Unbelievable supplement I would never stop.

    Clairitin supposedly helps with joint pain, and I have allergies anywayso what the heck. The Aleve definitely helps with knee and joint pain but is an NSAIDs? so ask the doc.

    How many Mgs of magnesium are you taking? I take 250 but may need to increase.
