    Hello manav, Sorry to hear about your mom. It will all depend on what the biopsy says. Benign? Probably nothing, maybe just closer follow ups. Malignant? It depends on the type of bc- estrogen positive, HER-2 positive, triple negative. Also the type of treatment will depend on if the cancer has drifted to the lymph nodes. Ask when the biopsy results should be in. Then you will have a better idea. Good luck. My mom had bc. It's hard for a daughter to watch. Blessings. Mary
