Hi Helen, I'm so sorry to hear that your mother is so ill. It is tough to deal with this. My mother died suddenly when she was only 50 and my Dad was in bad shape for 18 months before he died. I don't know which was worse. Hang in there and take things day to day.

I'm so sorry that your mother is going through this. I am praying for you and your family. No one can ever prepare you for the journey you are going to take. Just please, live every moment you can together. Say the things you need to say and take photographs of those moments with your mind. Please, take care of yourself. -
I hate to inform all of you that my mom lost her battle to breast cancer on November 10, 2006. She is in a much better place than she was here. The end was very peaceful and painless for her. I am glad that she no longer has to suffer.

Gentle hugs to you, sister. I'm sorry you had to go through this. Take comfort that you were able to help your Mom in her last days and help her be comfortable. I know it was very hard for you to do, but you did well. Godspeed your Mom, and God's comfort to you.
