soreness from lumpectomy

Hey all! Had a lumpectomy a week ago and I am still pretty sore. I had a benign tumor that seemed to be pretty large, at least to me. They took out around 11cm between tissue and tumor. I do have a ..... Seroma? Where fluid fills in the empty space? It is not red, or hot to the touch, or leaking anything.

So how long were you sore for after your lumpectomy. For those of you who had the fluid when did the fluid go away?
