Asymmentry boobs

hi I'm in my teens but I really worried because my sister always tells me how weird my boobs are and I know boobs are suppose to be uneven but mine are noticablly different like 2 cup sizes different and my left nip is puffy on top should I be worried or am I freaking myself out for no reaso
