My exchange surgery is scheduled for April 13th. Am I really going to feel a huge difference? Will the feeling that I always have a bra on when I don't go away after the exchange surgery?

    After my exchange, it felt like the cohesive gel implants molded into my chest so they were more comfortable than TEs. I continued to sleep on two pillows. Each PS seems to be different. I was told to wear a bra 24 hours a day for about two weeks. And I had drains on both sides because my PS was very cautious about making the pockets tight. I'm a year and a half out from exchange and very happy with the decisions I made. Best wishes for a good exchange
