Wednesday Weigh In

Wow!
-
Not fair, not fair, it's only Monday!!!!!
(just kidding; I'm jealous)
-
Wish my new scale would arrive. Yesterday 132.5; today 147.5. One of those is off - perhaps both are off.
-
Congratulations , Carole!
Wren I bet you are 132.5. I'm sure that last one must be bad. Years ago my scale was light and I honestly thought the dry cleaner was shrinking my pants cause my scale said I was good
I haven't weighed in for a couple of weeks because I've been pretty steady. I hope to get back on a stricter program in hopes of losing a few more pounds before vacation but I keep having impediments like lunch with a good friend at the pancake house, office parties-sigh. But I think tomorrow I'll try to get back on and skip the next office occasion which is Thursday.
-
Hi, missed this week, again! New house is built and we closed this week so busy, busy, busy. Next Wednesday will move in so probably be off boards for a few days as well. My weight has been holding steady around 163.4. PCP wants me down to 153 to take me off diabetes meds so that is incentive to do better. Will try.
-
Holding steady here, too. Can't get rid of the vacation weight gain. I decided to check the gym scale which shows whether I gained muscle or fat. At least it seems to have been muscle.
Patoo, you can do it!!
-
Still down 2 from being sick....which is good. I will try to hang out here while actually eating.
-
Finally got my new scale. It says I was 135.5 yesterday. It only weighs in 1/2 pounds. Nice to get reasonable figures even if they're higher than I would like.
-
Gee Wednesday just passed by without notice but I was down 2lbs. Too busy at work to even eat!
-
Down 1 lb. This week which gets me to the lowest I've been in years! And as of the other day I've logged my daily food intake for 365 days. One step at a time...!
-
Great job, ladies!
-
Today my scale said 134.5. That would be a pound, but my clothes say it's an illusion.
-
Down a pound; very happily and surprisingly because I feel good and have been eating real food!
-
No loss for me. I was even super good yesterday and weighed the same to the tenth of a lb.
-
Been missing due to moving but down a couple pounds due to unpacking/push/pull/lift (drop)/bend, etc. Also finally managing to lay off the bread/pasta/wheat/sweets (almost).
-
Wow to everyone!
-
Good luck to us tomorrow in avoiding all the chocolate Easter bunnies and jelly beans!!!
-
Ruth, too late. I got into the Easter treats last night. I've had a discouraging week-hungry every day and struggling to get past it. Work is very stressful and I've been dog tired so I was weak. After a good breakfast and lunch I ate Mexican food and then I ate candy and didn't even like it and ate two twinkles too! I will attempt to get back on the good path today after seeing that's scale skyrocket this morning
-
If we are confessing, last week I bought some Easter candy on sale, planning to save it for tomorrow. It was gone in two days.
Yesterday, I bought ONE chocolate candy bar for each of us......so if I can stay away from them until tomorrow, it should be okay.
-
I just bought mine yesterday at lunch so I lasted about six hours! I agree with getting a good quality chocolate bar and stopping. Turns out the robin eggs I remember loving - I don't. So I think it'll be easier for me to avoid now. Doing well today.
-
One benefit of having no small local children or grandchildren is no Easter candy around. Although. . . . I read that chocolate was good for blood pressure. So were beets, but ugh.
-
167 this morning. I got back on the WW program on Monday and have been sticking to it fairly successfully. I got off track for over two weeks when my mother was in the hospital following a stroke and I went to the hospital every day. My goal is to get down to a range of 150-155 and possibly get off some meds.
-
Gained 200 grams from pre-Easter weight. I had way more cake and chocolate than that so not too bad.
-
just up .2 (note the decimal point!), so I am pleased
-
Stayed the same at 134.5. I'm happy. Now to tell myself it's starve a cold. Having my annual spring cold.
-
Down .5 from last week to 162.6. carolehalston, my PCP wants me in range 150-155 as well to take me off diabetes meds so that is my goal over next 6 weeks when I see him again. It's not easy but will give it my best.
-
-
Oh my I was up almost 2 pounds after extended Easter weekend. I hope it was somewhat related to the salty ham. Day one of my strict return to diet went well. Sigh.
-
Missed yesterday. Was down .8 to 161.8.
-
I'm holding steady.
