I wish my doc had told me about LE before I got it!

I liked this explanation about why it happens. The article also discusses the problems with getting a regular massage (not MLD).

  Thanks for the link. Good article...I may have to send it to all my friends that keep telling me to go get a massage.

  Wow, great article! Makes me wonder if having a couple of massages triggered mine. Like you, I did not receive any information about LE either.
