Has anyone heard of Fucoidan?

Hi Nlunn. I don't take IT directly as a supplement, but I do take algae/seaweed as my only source of calcium, strontium, etc. I'm sure there'd have to be some Fucoidan in there somewhere, though I have no idea of how much. I'm guessing not nearly as much as would be in a seperate supplement. I can tell you I haven't had any adverse reactions to the algae. If you do give it a try, please let me know how it goes.

Nothing special. I just buy seaweed sheets at the grocery store, not from Japan or China though. I buy whatever algae supplement is the best value at the health food store at any given time. It usually ends up being the NOW brand red algae. Organic? .... I haven't seen that on any labels, but it's not something I go looking for. Don't know if that claim is even a possibility????? Maybe someone else will chime in about organic brands.
