Taxatore permanent hair loss?

I do IT work for a law firm and they are researching Taxatore and permanent hair loss? I had
no idea this was an issue. I was on TCHP
(Taxatorer, Perjeta, Carboplatin and Herceptin) until recently—I lost hair and
eyelashes—I'm horrified that this could be permanent....
