Bra tattoo over flat chest anyone? Fantom pain exist?

Going from silicone implants to flat chested next month and am looking for anyone who might of had tattoo work done over a flat chest. I have seen some really great looks of lace bras down over the area and think this is the road I would like to take. Wondering about the feeling if there is any when tattooed? Also, is there any such thing as fantom feeling from having breast removed and implants out?

    I'm almost 5years out from my BMX without recon. I still get fantom pains/sensations. I where a snug sports bra most of the time during the day & this really helps. I've considered the tatooing option but unfortunately these weird sensations persist &I don't want to make matters worse(or potentially). See how you heal & go from there. Good luck!
