Abdominal distension

I am stage 2 with lymph node involvement 1of 2 was estrogen and progesterone (+ ve) and had mastectomy on both right and laft breast , cancer was on my right breast 12/14, radiation for 4 weeks and was started on hormonal therapy tamoxifen and zoladex in February 2015, which put me into menopause my MO said I do not need chemo , went for a second DR and also said I did not need chemo

been on tamoxifen for 6 month , I have been very week swelling of my feet I can barely stand for a long time since surgery 12/ 14 and have not been able to go back to work because of weakness and feeling sick

the MO did a cat of the abdomen and they said they saw some liver lesions which they said they do not think it is cancer they say they are hemangiomas!!!!!!!!!!!

Now my problem is swelling of my abdomen ! my abdomen have grown so big more than 4 times it's previous size my MO did another CT of the abdomen 2 days ago but the liver lesions are still there and they said there is no ascitis , so my concern is what is causing this abdomenal distension and discomfort like this ????????

is there something to do with the liver lesions or what is it

please help me this is really not going well with me any I put please help with your ideas and experience let us do this together so! so ! worried !
