Hi Ixcarr, ladies. Please, please, please look up PRE pectoral, Putting the TE/Implant over the pectoral muscle. Look at the following articles. I did it and it is not bad at all. Much more comfortable, than the TE under my poor tortured pectoral muscle. Freaky looking and so painful. Not saying this is perfect. , but definitely doable, with No Ripples /Ridges or Motion artifact. Look at the following articles and at my postings on this.http://bcsurgerystories.com/?cat=51

Yes, I've been hearing some talk about that. I'm glad it worked out for you. I found out my PS put in 300cc during my BMX. Last week I asked him to remove half. He took out 120cc each. I still have pain, especially on the right for some reason, but the release of the extreme fullness has helped some.
