Breast Changes

Good Morning

I am not sure if i am posting in the correct spot or not. But I wanted to see if anyone else may have experienced what I have. I have already contacted my high risk doctor but still waiting. I noticed that when i lift my right arm, the bottom of my right breast is more straight across than it is round. Where my left breast is round when doing the same. I am hoping this is making sense. It just seemed odd and I felt like it had not been like that before. But I also may not have really been paying attention. My right breast is also the one i have had 2 lumpectomies (one of those at the bottom of my breast). And I have a ridge of tissue at the bottom of this breast that they have said is normal. So i am also not sure if these things could cause it to not be rounded. And when i am lifting my arms or when i am laying down, my nipples are looking like they are starting to become inverted. But when i am standing or sitting and do not lift my arms then they are normal. I have a feeling that is nothing either. Just a weird change in my breast. I think I am worried over nothing, but just wanted to get others opinions. Especially since i am just making myself crazy waiting on the doctor to respond lol. I am really not a hypochondriac, but i am feeling like one lately lol. I had my yearly mammogram the beginning of the year (said it was birads 2). And I have my first MRI in June. So i figure if there had been anything serious then it would have been something on my mammogram. And my lifetime risk is not extreme, only like 23.4%.
