Does peripheral neuropathy ever resolve?

I finished dose dense taxol (preceded by AC) in November 2015. I believe it was that near the last treatment that I developed numb/tingly toes and fingers. My fingers are still a little numb, but mostly okay. My feet, however, don't seem to be improving at all. My toes, and ball of foot are quite numb. Although, I wouldn't describe it as painful, it is annoying. Will this ever get better? When?

For some people it improves over the first year, and for others it never changes. It's pretty individual, unfortunately.

My fingers are back to normal, took about a year, but my toes have never recovered unfortunately. I take 600mg of gabapentin before bed otherwise they keep me awake. GG

Some diabetics have improvement with 600 mg ALA daily. Alpha lipoic acid. OTC.
