I am so sad to let my Stage 3 sisters know that Pure, Jenn, passed away late last evening or early this morning. I know many of you will remember her well and with affection. She was active here especially in 2009 and 2010 when she delivered a beautiful boy while in difficult treatment for stage 3 cancer. There is a request on her FB group page for prayers for her husband and children.

I remember when she wore make-up to give birth because she didn't want to scare her new born! She was a hoot.

I, too, was shocked and extremely saddened to see this news today on FB. Jenn had such a beautiful spirit. I'm so glad she and her family got to fulfill their dream of living in Hawaii. Beyond that, I'm at a loss for words over such a tragic loss of a beautiful young Mother. My heartfelt condolences to her family. Deanna

This simply is heart breaking! Pure so feared this and I remember how this community walked with her through it as well as always being there to encourage!! Grieving and praying for her family!!

I didn't engage with Pure, but since i was diagnosed last fall I have been an "active lurker" in the Stage III forums. This is such terribly sad news, I am very sorry to hear. She seemed like a wonderful friend to many of you here.

Pure, our dear sister ... I am without words, my heart is breaking . we were so close in dx, and all going through the birth of her beautiful baby. I pray for her family and her now our dear Angel in heaven. Be at peace dear friend, you were a true fighter
