So great to see everyone! Glad everyone is happy and healthy. Loved the conversation. Can't wait for our next get together!
For those that couldn't make it, we missed you! Please try to come in April!

This was on my facebook feed where the caption is:
U.N. Urges World to Prepare for American Refugees
Goes along with our discussion today. Funny...but sad that there is a thread of truth to it.
-
Vicki, Thanks for posting our photo!
-
The look on my face is cracking me up!
-
Well, I think y'all look AMAZING 👍😜
-
Everybody sure has been quiet. Any exciting updates? I am guessing we're not on for this Sunday, since nobody has mentioned it again.
Cindy, are you still in Ca?
Candy, did you get moved to Fla?
I am going to be moving soon also...just down the rd about 15 minutes, to Taylor. Trying to get out of the rat race that Hutto is becoming:). Got my house in contract in 2 days with 7 offers! Whew! Crazy market right now.
Vicki, Jen, Linda, how are ya'll doing?
-
I can still do Sunday if we meet early or later in the afternoon. I have to work between 11-4.
Terri, sounds like you have a full schedule, glad you sold your house fast, but man, i hate moving! I like Taylor, except the terrible roads in the older part of town. We almost bought there, but, i was like "none of our cars will stand up to this."
-
I can't commit because I am suppose to shoot the MS150. I think there are odds that it will get rained out on Sunday, and if it does, I'm good. If not....well, I'll be playing photographer.
-
Hey ladies....
The race got rained out for sunday, so I'm good if y'all want to hook up. How about Kerby lane in rr?
-
Hi y'all
All the flowers, green everywhere. Nice to be home.
Happy Mother's Days!
Hope we can get together sometime this month.
(((Hugs)))

Hi Cindy,
Good to hear from you. I'll be busy moving the next couple of weeks, but it would be nice to get together soon. Let's make a plan.
Happy Mothers' Day ladies!!!
-
Terri - Happy moving...post a pic of the new place
-
Hi ladies! I've missed you! If y'all are ever down the San Marcos way let me know. I'd love to have lunch with y'all again.
I Kind of left the boards because it seemed like everyone was moving on and I just couldn't get well.
I didn't want to hold anyone back.
I just had some more reconstruction done this past December. But I'm having trouble getting the lymphedema down enough to where you can see what the plastic surgeon did.
So I'm not sure exactly what's going to be done next. I know I will need more revision before I even begin to think about nipples.
In other words this has been a very long and drawn out process for me. Going on 2 1/2 years now.
My right lung is scarred due to the radiation pneumonitis. And they just found a new nodule which may or may not be "just due to inflammation". So that's a little scary.
My family is doing great. I had to put my older two children in school this year since I was just not able to homeschool them anymore. And my youngest goes to school two days a week. He is now four.
I'll have to update my picture LOL! The surf one from Maui is a year old now. LOL!
I graduated from college this past December with honors! Extremely proud of that accomplishment. Seeing as I continued to take classes all through my treatments.
Hope everyone is doing well. Let me know when the new lunch date is going to be planned for. I would love to see everyone. And if PM me your email address, I can send you an invitation to my private blog.

Holli - Congratulations! Yippee 🎉👍😉😊 so proud of you!
Good to hear from you. Glad your family is doing well.
LE ugh...will your MO send you for LE therapy. I go periodically and it does make a difference. They will show you how to massage and move the fluid to drain. Also, compression garments sleeves. I have trunk and arm so compression garments are just my standard wear.
Hope the swelling goes down so you can see your latest recon.
(((Hugs))) for the lung and nodule. Yikes all the se from treatment.
Sending good thoughts and prayers!
(((Hugs)))

Thank you Cindy. It's so good to hear from you. It feels so great to be back here. I've really missed y'all. I'd forgotten how much y'all meant to me.
-
Good to hear from you, Holli! Congratulations on your graduation. I'm sure your family is super proud of you! Pls stay in touch and let us know how you're are doing! I hope you get your LE under control. I think it's safe to say, that you are always welcome to post whatever is going on with your health, here. I know that I appreciate everyones' support and I'm sure others will agree, that we want to hear how you are doing, good or otherwise.
I just moved Monday and finally got my internet back today. Still have some un-packing to do, but it's coming together:). I am so happy here, already. It was a good move for me. A cute, little, newer house in an old neighborhood. I took the pup for a walk this morning and passed a lot of neat old homes on the way. Feels right at home.
Cindy, are you staying in Texas? How is Hunter?
I hope we can get together soon and catch up on things!
I think I am busy on the Sunday of Memorial day, but otherwise am free.
((HUGS))

Holli - Great family pic. Congrats on the degree! Take that, cancer!
So happy to hear from you! I knew you were having lung issues and I was so worried for you and your family.
Several of us needed a cancercation for a bit. Sometimes we just need to step away, not think about cancer 24/7 and just recharge.
Thank you so much for reaching out again!
-
Terri - yes, I am here in Texas. Hunter has grown bow bow. It is a long story...
I'm game for a meet up ladies!
Who is game?

i'm good to go to SM to meet up if everyone else is. I am in RR and can pick people up on the way!
-
I'll be in Buda that day watching grandbabies. If it's not too early, I should make it.
-
hi y'all
I'm up here in Georgetown.
I could pickup along SH130 and buzz down with y'all
Holli - you get to pick the place
Yippee
Cindy
-
I could travel to Kyle or Buda too.
Holli
-
Great!
Ladies any favs in Kyle or Buda?
Holli do your area...ideas?
-
never eaten in Buda or Kyle, but both have a Garcia's- I'm assuming it is part of the same chain we have here in RR. Food is decent, and they have breakfast all day. I'm fine heading to SM, Holli we don't want you to have to drive too far. I could even go for the same place we went last time, or something else. SM has a lot of good places.
