bad taste in mouth?

    I started my radiation yesterday.   Shortly after I started having this awful taste in my mouth and it still hasn't gone away after almost 16 hours.

     Has anyone else had this issue and what did you do about it?

    I had my first treatment yesterday and have had a weird taste in my mouth ever since. Anyone have suggestions for this?

    I started my first treatment of 30 treatments of radiation on 2/29. About 4 hr after my treatment I started getting a metalic taste in my mouth, and its still there? I woke up this moring and the roof of my mouth and tounge is very sensitive to any food I put I my mouth, like they bothink are trying to get blisters and my jaws are achy idk know if all this is related to radiation or I'm getting a cold?

    Im stressing about the possible side effects of radiation, I have not had a chance to relax since the day I was told I had IDC so, I don't recall a day since then that I haven't been tried and dragging myself around. I only missed 5 days of work after my surgery, i work full time not in a physical job but a demanding office job.
