fibroadenoma worry

years ago biopsy diagnosed fibroadenoma. Unsure if it is simple or complex

Fast forward 8 years the doctors lost the past history and re biopsied the lump

Am super worried what if they find something else as i have read stories of it evolving albeit rare

Must think happy thoughts but anyone else had a lump re biopsied agessss ago

    Sorry I haven't. But I've had three fibroadenomas all benign, no atypia. One may have been there a while. I'll never know! Try not to worry. Plenty of time to panic (ok that's the advice my friend gave me. I kept telling myself this over the past 2 months. Not easy to follow some days!)

    it is hard not to panic

    The only way i get through is scouring the internet and telling myself bad news travels fast so the more time that goes by the better the result hopefully
