Who is the research organization? As pointed by the White House CancerMoonShot initiative, it's important that this data is shared for the common good and not stuck in a research silo.

The CTC and Liquid biopsy diagnostics industry has exploded during the last couple years. There's a lot of clinical potential. Southern California is a hotbed of research.
