78 year old with right breast mastectomy 4 lymph nodes

Still waiting for Oncotype test results. Would like to bypass chemo. Received advise that radiation is needed. Family history of cancer. Mastectomy of right breast with 4 lymph nodes involved on 12/29/15. I'm 78 years old

    They're advising radiation because of the positive lymph nodes. Are you HR2+ and hormone positive or negative? These can play a role on wether your get chemo or move straight to AIs or herceptin. You will need to have more discussions with your MO.
