Back LE?

Hi ladies! I hope you are all doing well! After years of very minor arm heaviness from time to time where I don a sleeve and gauntlet, I've been feeling that heaviness and tingling in my upper back. Anyone else? My arm and hand look and feel fine, so I've been doing the massage across the back and I guess it's helping a little. Anything else I should be doing? I have been doing weight training twice a week for about six months, and supposedly that is a good thing, but I wonder if it is contributing:( your thoughtsThanks!

It took forever for my chest LE to get diagnosed (long boring story) and oddly enough, it was my MO of all things, who had basically brushed off every nasty SE I had from chemo. But she took one look at it and said "yup, looks like LE to me" and then pointed out that there was some swelling down around the armpit and onto my back. I hadn't realized that at the time, but then I remembered that bras left a noticeable impression in the skin which faded away in maybe half an hour on the right side, but stayed for hours on the left. Hindsight is 20-20, but I know now that is a classic sign of LE!

Some people have gotten some relief from wearing compression shirts. Might be worth a try.

Thanks for your feedback, Jennie. I don't have any visible swelling, yet😬. I can just feel the fluid across my back at times. So, I continue to do the arm and back exercises and hope that I can stay on top of it. I assume the weather may have something to do with it. I know that there have been tons of suggestions on this site to help manage this issue, but I just have to say that the long feather dusters are perfect for self-back massage.

    Peace and joy,

    Bobbie
