Daisylover- you are the best!

Blondie, so wonderful that you were able to visit with daisy lover. Sounds like an uplifting visit for all. I am enjoying the milder weather. I hope that ground hog is right and that spring is going to be early. Have I said I dislike cold? Have been spending most of my time organizing photos on the computer. Found out I have way too many. I am learning how to hit the delete button. Praying you have a good day, as well as the rest of my Bco sisters.

This made me laugh. The three older cousins at my 4 year old granddaughter's gymnastics birthday party, trying to be cool with the little ones .... When they were totally embarrassed to be up there! What we do for family!

Hi All,
Blondie was taken to the hospital yesterday by her family. She is undergoing a procedure to relieve some discomfort (hopefully as I type). I have been receiving some updates from her family and friends in Philly, but they are brief. I am sharing this to ask for prayers and positive thoughts for our dear friend. As you all know, Blondie is fiercely private about some of "her business", but shares openly about so many things. I am trying to navigate these waters with as much care and respect for her as possible. Also, I truly do not have much information to share. Just a request for prayers for healing, comfort, and peace. Blondie is a strong, resilient woman. She will always be an inspiration to me. I will share as I receive information and with the family's permission. I know that she is fighting a tough battle.
Her cell phone is not paid for currently and was shut off by the company. Hopefully the family will be reinstating her service so that she can resume contact with friends? They are dealing with great stress and may do this later? (I have communicated a few times with her children through private Facebook messages, if any of you are Facebook friends... please do not post any public comments following her family's wishes)
You are all such an important part of her life spirit. She loves her friends here on BCO. I know that your kindness and support has carried her through the difficult valleys in the past few years. (I have only known her since May of last year but feel so blessed) I am sure that she would appreciate you all being "in her pocket" for this venture.
We all need to think positively and share a few of Blondie's LOL's !!!

Ducky,
It is great that you have a picture. I am not a picture person and was thinking that I would like to have one of us together... maybe I will remember to take one if I see her later this week? I can't get to Philly before Thursday. Can you post the picture? You are lucky to live so nearby. Stay warm and dry -- looks like snow is headed your way? Snow is blowing here now. I love the beauty... Don't have to clear it myself LOL
