Is Taxol a must after AC?

hi everyone. My lump was 4 cm, now after 3 AC I can't feel it. I'm planning to ask my MO but wanted thoughts here on if taxol is a must? No nodes on imaging. I would love to just have my surgery after AC #4. Then maybe taxol if necessary if anything unexpected found on pathology. Is this something I'm silly to even consider?

I think it is a discussion you should have with your ONC.  I too had all my lumps disappear after my AC but I knew I wanted to have the Taxol due to my lymph node involvement.  I did discuss with my ONC adding Carboplatin because of the new studies showing a PCR (pathological complete response).  He discussed it with the team and they wanted to do everything possible to improve my outcome and hopefully not have a recurrence.  I think it is great that you discuss your options for the best possible outcome.
