Rosevalley - this is for you!

Several years ago I took some pictures of the creek in the park nearby with my little flip phone. After a long fight with the bluetooth connection tonight, I got them downloaded!

I climbed on top of that log you see in the distance to take a picture of the rapids next to it.

I once encountered a great blue heron standing in this spot. Enormous bird. I didn't have the presence of mind to take a photo, unfortunately. I was too awestruck.

Shooting stars from the land where I live. These harbingers of spring are due again any day now. Imbolc came last Tuesday and we're midway between winter solstice and spring equinox in the northern hemisphere. Breathing a sigh of relief. I love these flowers dark pointy tips.
