They can put you on an anti hormonal to help keep it from growing while you wait. My surgeon told me that's how they do it in Europe because oflong wait times. It's important to get surgery ASAP - new study.

Oh sorry I should have figured that out - no estrogen in my brain anymore. Good luck with your surgery. You should do your profile so we have more information to help

There are IDC forums you can search on the left. Some think mastectomy is overkill, but your details are sketchy.

Oh wow i heard alot of good about charlottes web. Not many can get it in there states. I know i would try if i had the chance and needed. Let us know how it works.

I am sorry you have to be here as well. I am still pretty new to all of this, I was just diagnosed a month ago and I am still waiting to meet with the oncologist, I see him Monday, but as for now, after meeting with the breast surgeon, the course of action they are taking with me is chemo first, then I will decide what kind of surgery I am having. The wait has been a bit nerve racking as I have wanted to get started, with something at least, but I have been reassured multiple times that a month or two waiting isn't going to generally make a significant amount of difference. But I completely understand the desire to get the process going quicker.

i ve been taking charoleetes web about 2 weeks now so i m going to continue with that and see what happens. i will let you know how it goesit became avaliable in uk back in july 15
