MusicLover - Sense & Sensibility is correct. Your turn to post. For the record - I don't hate all old movies. But it would be oK if one of our TV's was black and white, since that seems to be the only color played on it anyway. I'm just being facetious now. ;-) One of my favorite old movies:

yes - it was arsenic and old lace ;-) I've never seen the movie with mr. bean and Mr. Rickman, but it's on my "must see" list now - just seeing that clip above. I enjoy picking up on weird 'out of place' things - figuring out twists in movies early on. Was I the only one that thought Snape was really the good guy he turned out to be, despite his snarly character in the Harry Potter movies? He was probably my favorite character in the series. What a loss. D*&:*n cancer! It took two of my favorites this week.

susan3 - Yes, it's 'The Professional'. Natalie Portman plays the young girl - I believe it was her very first movie.
surfdreams - That .gif is from 'Love Actually', which is a great Christmas (or anytime) movie. It also stars Hugh Grant, Emma Thompson, Liam Neeson, Keira Knightley, Colin Firth, Laura Linney, January Jones, Billy Bob Thorton, and many more. If you haven't seen it, you need to. ;-)
