Anyone TNBC Stage IV out there?

Hi all,

I've been newly diagnosed with TNBC, stage 4, with paratracheal lymph node metastasis and was looking for a topic thread specific to TNBC/Stage IV. Any out there?

    Hi Kari - sorry to hear about your diagnosis. My mom is going through the same thing right now - Stage IV, triple negative, one possible bone met that showed up on CT & bone scan.

    Hi Kari, sorry, I have only just found your post. If you go to the Stage IV boards, there is a thread for triple neg, stage IV. I am sorry you find yourself here, but you will find lots of information, compassion, and even laughs there. Dawny. Xx

    i have joined this site on behalf of my mom. She is TN stage 4 metastatic no surgery just chemo. No success losing hope. I to don't see much of stage 4 here.

    It has a lot of helpful info in it and you read from the start if you like. I'm not triple neg, but have become resistant to hormone therapy, so treated like triple neg & I find it helpful to read.

    I'm sure you can ask questions there too if you need to

    Your mum is lucky you are helping her. I hope this helps

    My mom was TNBC and I found some trials at NIH ..in bethesda., Md. After my experience with my mom, I can say that I wish I had reached out for trials and not waited on onc to find any or even encourage us in that direction. There are a handful that you may find helpful. Text me if you would like more information. 443-386 3621 Perhaps my research can be of help for you.
