I had pains at my biopsy site for months after I had my breast biopsy. These greatly reduced after several months, but occasionally, I sometimes still get 'electric' pains. Sometimes they're itchy (which is a form of pain.) I think its from the nerves that get cut. Some people can get an infection at their biopsy site; do check if its red and swollen.

If you have questions, do ask your health care professional. There was a marker put at the site of your biopsy, and of course there was trauma at the site of your biopsy because they had to insert a needle to get it there. So you can't conclusively say whether your pain is due to the marker or from the biopsy. Statistically, its MUCH more common to have pain from the trauma rather than from the marker. Its HIGHLY unusual to have an allergic reaction to titanium.

Its very common to have pain at a site where you had some trauma.
