"No LVI" would refer to no lymphatic or vascular invasion.

No LVI is great. Your results look great. I mean, you are dealing with breast cancer so I don't want to sound too enthusiastic   But you couldn't ask for better ones on paper.  Don't know HER2 or  hormonal status from what you wrote, but so far, so good....

Konakona, if you’re HER2-, then you’ve hit the jackpot--I’d be very surprised if they even needed to run an OncotypeDX to rule out the need for chemo. (Only reason they did so for me was that my tumor was over 1cm, and I still didn’t need chemo).
