It's on the West Coast.
It's also a fairly extensive network (i.e. there are a number of routes, going to different locations) though they do not all leave from the same location. Indeed, the starting points are separated by some little distance.

Believe it or not I was just going to say "Ferries", but I was thinking the kind that carry people..........we have one close to my shore house.........It is the Cape May-Lewes Ferry......but it only transports cars and people......as far as I know

Yeah, since she said west coast I thought it couldn't be ferries or cruise ships but she wanted a specific one...learning here.

I love the US all of it, I have been to a lot of places and appreciate it all. I never been north of San Francisco though. Since my older two children have gone away to college they are really starting to appreciate other places also. Before that they would have never considered moving, now I think they don't want to stay here.
