rose, I hope this makes you smile. My DGGD came 5 weeks early, little pudgy thing. Her name is Evelyn Harper. I think she will be a pistol when she's older.

Dear Rosevalley,
In this group of amazing, strong willed, unshakable spirits, you will ALWAYS be a stand-out!
Sending much love,
Rose.

Dear Rosevalley, just popping in to say hello from a water-logged Ireland. I think of you every day and I hope you are comfortable and feeling at peace. Fond love xx

Tried to share a pic to make you smile but it didn't work.Sending virtual hugs instead.
My mom and I have creeped your posts many times. Your insight has been invaluable to us as we navigate this crazy cancer crap.
I hope you're comfortable and surrounded by love.
Not the picture I planned to post, but hope it gives you a little giggle anyway.

Thinking peaceful thoughts for you Rosevalley.....

I'm not stage IV either but found Rosevalley's posts very inspirational. Such a lovely and strong woman. I wish you nothing but peace. You have lots of support here and people who love you. Myself included. May God bless you and keep you. Amen.
-
Rose, thinking of you and sharing a photo of roses from my backyard this past summer...always have loved the name Rose as that was my mom's name.
-
Rosevalley - I, too, have followed your posts for a long time. And although I'm not stage IV, my mother was. She was diagnosed stage IV from the beginning - and I was her caregiver for the last months of her life. I hope as you reflect on your life, you will glory in the words you've left behind. Reading those words, I'm so humbled by your courage and honesty and wanted you to know that the legacy you're leaving here is irreplaceable. I was especially moved by your posts regarding your love of trees; so when I found these pictures, I knew I needed to post them for you to see. Sending peaceful thoughts and lovingkindness to you, I hope that your pain has eased and your nights are restful. You are in my thoughts daily...
-
Rose, Peace to you. Your contributions here have been invaluable because you are so so articulate, honest and brave. I am not stage 4 but probably will be one day and I thank you for sharing your deeply personal insights about living and dying with cancer. Please pardon my intrusion into this forum. Molly

This photo with text is so powerful in its message that I chose to overlook its misspelling (which, of course, you know I tried to fix).
In lovingkindness, always....

Rose...I learned that I had mets one year ago this month...As I have gone through two different treatments with scans and blood work, your honest and courageous posts on so many of the discussion threads have helped me (and so many others) so much during this past year...Believing in the peace that passes all understanding....Wishing you comfort and peace...

Woke up to a cold but very sunny morning, thinking of you, Rosevalley. Heard that you are doing as well as expected. Glad to know it. Sending you light, warmness, and peace...

much love to a beautiful person! Rose, you have given advice, reflected on issues, and shared so honestly about what you are thinking, feeling, knowing not many of us really know the pain you are going through. But you do it with such grace. Always giving a kind and thoughtful response to everyone. I've been taking a break from the boards, but I wanted to check on you (and patty). Many tears flowing. I wish you peace and comfort and love.
