Rosevalley - this is for you!
I thought I'd start a thread where everyone can send her happy thoughts, share special memories, let her know how courageousshe is.
I admire her strength, determination, courage and willingness to share the nitty gritty details of her progression. She's a true pioneer and heroine to me. I'm grateful she's bared her soul at times so those of us following in her footsteps will benefit from her wisdom and knowledge of such a stinking side effect to this brutal disease.
All are welcome to post.

Rosevalley, What wonderful friends you have!
-
Rosevalley, my ascites, draining and D&D friend. Thank you for your generosity of spirit and openness of heart as you lean into life, even as you move toward your death. You've impressed me in so many ways - your honesty, your care for others, your persistence in facing innumerable obstacles, your reaching out to me and others, even as you have so much on your own shoulders.
My life is richer and fuller for our meeting and I thank you for YOU!
Am sending love and a warm hug too, Stephanie

Rosevalley, thank you for your characteristically stubborn effects to shed light on a hidden world where the profound sufferings are buried in silence. May you find peace and comfort.
-
Rose, it's an old one, but if you're reading maybe you can giggle. Chevy makes me do it.
-
Spookie.... just getting dressed to go out in the alley and pole-dance on the alley-light pole... So cold though!
What's THIS? 81 degrees? So do you have socks on with your flip-flops?
It's warming up here It was 34 degrees here a little while ago... I have to put on my muckluks.... Waiting for Rosie to join me.... We will dance and drink and see if we can cause an uproar! We won't tell her Daughter's..... whereas mine already know.... It's expected of me...

Go Karen, go Karen!!!
-
Chevy, that's an old one. It's 56 here now. Be careful on the pole!!

This is my very first post. I've been lurking and reading a long time now. I wanted to post now because I was so sad I never did for Dune.
I have learned a lot from reading your posts. To me you are strong, vivacious and real. Thank you for sharing your experiences. That is how we all gain knowledge. I pray that you are in a peaceful place experiencing love from your family. 🌷

Thinking of you, sweet Rosevalley and all the wisdom you've shared. Thank you.
