4. Disneyland
-
5. Is the basis for the attraction manmade or nature made? (mute if Smaarty got it)
-
3. no, it is not on the west coast.
4. no, it is not Disneyland.
5. That's not technically a yes/no question, but: the basis for the attraction is primarily nature-made. There is a secondary "human intervention" attraction, but nothing (I repeat, NOTHING) like that of Disney's creations.
-
6. The Grand Canyon?
-
6. no
-
7. East coast?
-
7. No, it's not on the east coast. (But narrowing down the location isn't a bad idea.).
-
i was just busy watching football and getting dinner together and reading a book that i have to finish for bookclub. I like to multitask. I am back now
1. Is it in the u. s.?
-
8. Niagara Falls?
-
Kay, That's ok. US is yes no east nor west coast. It is an attraction and the basis for it is nature made but it sounds like man built some stuff around it.
-
(gently, amused) Here's the summary so far: it's in the United States, not the west or east coasts. It's primarily a natural attraction, though human intervention is part of the attraction. Not Disneyland. Not the Grand Canyon,
So, how's the book?
-
8. Niagara Falls? (what's funny? My inability to properly spell things?)
-
9. Is water an important aspect of it?
10. Are sporting activities part of the attraction?
-
Yay, Onco's back...we have truly got a crowd here again!
-
Don't worry. Not you, Music--I wouldn't dream of mocing anyone's spelling--I was also trying to answer Kay.
8. Not Niagara Falls (not quite that large)
-
Hi, MusicLover. Thanks. They're not answering your question. about Niagara Falls. Twice asked. I thought that might be it too. But could be a land attraction instead of water.
-

11. Old Faithful at Yellowstone?
-
Hahaha You too, Susan??
-
9. Water demarcates the attraction, but is not the primary reason people come. That I'm aware of. Tastes vary.
10. Sport isn't the sole reason people come, though bicycling plays a large part in the experience. (sorry, didn't mean to scare anyone there)
11. Not Old Faithful, and far far smaller than Yellowstone.
-
Hey Susan! What else do we have to do on a Sunday night?
Love to you Onco! and everyone else here for that matter.
At first I spelt it Niagra like Viagra, too funny! I just figured the spell check didn't have it in the dictionary.
-

13. It is rather intimately connected with the Great Lakes, though it encompasses a minute part of only one of them. Keep going with that line of thought.
Susan3: it's always the husband's fault.
Kay: as far as I'm concerned, books take precedence. Let us know how it was? and I hope I didn't scare you away?
-
I know so little about the great lakes. Chicago is on one of them, Niagara is near another. Detroit another...that's it. Some one here must have knowledge of a place where they do bicycling on the edge of one of the lakes, maybe?
