High Ki67 40% does that mean Onco score will be high?

Any experiences with Ki67 scores being high but Onco score was low enough not to require chemo?

My MO stated she would bet my Onco score would be over 18. I here conflicting things about the reliability of the Ki67. Please provide feedback if you can. Thanks.

Mine is not exactly comparable but fwiw my ki-67 was 22. My oncotype was 3.

ps I asked my onc about the high ki-67 and she doesn't put much stock in it either,

I would say that the % positive your ER and PR are is more an indicator. I too had 40% Ki67, but also only 5%PR +. The 95% ER + just barely kept me from high risk. Other proliferation genes may have played a part too.

My Ki67 was 30% and my oncotype came in at 18. Neither of the 2 oncologists I saw recommended chemo and seemed 'reassuring' about the Ki67 number.
