I was curious about the POP Corn too, so I followed the link to a blog full of recipes and DIY crafts. POP corn is regular popcorn with edible glitter added.

Thanks for the info Mags. All I could figure out was the white chocolate drops that Sas described as nipples.

Sas i did a search by image upload and came to the recipe for white chocolate popcorn with edible glitter. The image you had (the nipples/drugs one) is the ingredients - edible glitter, and Wiltons white chocolate melts.
