Remembering summer
-
Gma God bless you and your medical team for 23rd.
-
-
Onco.....back and cha........and everyone else who loves the summer........
-
Adding my wishes for an easy surgery & rapid recovery with minimum pain.
-
Thank you - It is a 2 hour scar revision done in- office. I could use all the prayer I could get because all my scars turned keloid last time - allergic to the dissolvable stitches. I will look at my pictures and breathe and wish all a safe Christmas and New Year!
-
We all love summer.......thinking of you GMA............
-
Thank you for putting it back Ducky - with rain and snow it's always nice to think - "warm".
-

Time to break out the robins!
We wish you a Merry Christmas
We wish you a Merry Christmas
We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year
-
Happy Christmas, Gma. Hope you will be pampered through your healing time.
feline, interesting to see the similarities and differences between robins European and American.
-
Wow! I had no idea they were different! I am really learning a lot about birds on here!
Do yopu have American robins or European ones on your Christmas cards or is that a stupid question?
(DH is locked in the sitting room wrapping secret items so I can't ask him)
-
oohh, oohh, "secret items" sounds good! Are you going to Midnight Mass?
I have not seen robins used on greeting cards here. Cardinals are probably used most.
There are several varieties. This is a male.
Here is a Mr. & Mrs. pair. We have some that stay here all year round. But they do not sing during winter.
-
Glad you're on the mend GMA. Merry Christmas and thank you for this thread. Safe travels!!
-
Lovely Cardinals!
-
What we came home to after Christmas. Surgery went well - he did more scars than expected - around 75 visible stitches and 5 new incisions at this point. Healing nicely so far. Stitches come out on the 6th.
-
Beautiful GMA..........glad your doing well..................
-
A Guildwars 2 screenshot of a vista. This game is so pretty.
A real-life vista view from my house.
-
GMA......breath taking...I sent this as a group messasge to my kids....

-
Here is another old favorite.
-
Tomorrow is New Years day and I started thinking about lots of things. I don't do New Year Resolutions. I am grateful that I am alive and can share my time with my family and friends. My whole goal in life is to share the love of Jesus with the people around me and share how this has changed my life. The most important is showing love - "Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends." I Corinthians 13: 4-8.
If I could show one person a day, this love, I have made my goal. It is something that is contagious. Think of all the people we could reach if we all showed love to one person a day.

Good thought for a New Years Day Gma
