Chemo 18-20 weeks post-op

So my MO sent tissue away for oncotype test. Result came back 22. 14% chance of recurrence. Chemo may reduce this by 3-5%. My MO didn't send my tissue away soon enough and now if I go through chemo (TC x4) will it be as effective? chemo won't start til week 18+.
