Waiting for biopsy results

Last Friday I had a biopsy done of my left nipple and areola for suspected Pagents Disease. After a year and a half of different fungal creams, scrappings and continued irritations of the nipple/areola I was finally referred to a breast surgeon. I'm extremely scared as the 23rd can't come soon enough. Has anyone else gone through this that can give me some advice? Thank you in advance!

    Hi Sheila!

    I'm so sorry to hear about your troubles. I'm not entirely clear about what's supposed to happen on the 23rd...or who referred you to the breast surgeon and when/under what circumstances.

    So let me ask some specific questions:

    Have you seen the breast surgeon yet? If so, how did that go?

    Who ordered/did the biopsy? (maybe that was the breast surgeon?) Have you received results from the biopsy yet? (maybe you were referred based on the biopsy results?)

    What's scheduled for the 23rd?

    There are a lot of people here who would be happy to answer questions and/or offer support...but we need a bit more information about what's going on so that we can help.
